Jelena graduated from The University of Montenegro, Electrical Engineering Faculty in July 2004. As young engineer she started developing her career in the IT industry from implementation and installation of computer and network equipment, through selling of IT equipment, software and solutions, marketing activities, project management, partner and vendor relationship, IT education management and delivery of IT education to becoming Senior Project Manager and Deputy Executive Director.
As Deputy Executive Director/Senior Project Manager Jelena is responsible for client and project management, business development, framing of key approaches, high-quality client delivery, organizational planning and operational management.
As IPMA Certified Senior Project Manager (B Level) Jelena performs complex project management through full lifecycle, verifies contracts, does cost control and reporting as well as builds partner and vendor relationships.
Jelena obtained Authorized engineers license for producing technical documentation and performing – electrical engineer – extra low voltage from the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro and is member of Montenegrin Chamber of Engineers and Montenegrin Project Management Association – MPMA.
